This Privacy Notice explains how ShowFlow Event collects and uses information when you use ShowFlow Event.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription tier, and product usage events. We also store run sheets content you choose to enter, such as industries, assets, owner labels, checklist items, templates, and export preferences.
Billing Information
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers. We receive billing status, subscription IDs, transaction IDs, plan information, and limited customer metadata needed to grant access and support subscriptions.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the checklist builder, authenticate users, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain account, billing, and run sheets data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting support.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so use strong credentials and protect account access.
